Pleasure in a bottle..

My (step)grandfather used to make beautiful stained glass creations. He passed away a few years ago and at times I miss him greatly. I honestly didn't know him very well even though he and my grandma were married for many years. I still have a glass barrette he made me when I was in school. I asked my grandma about his equipment the other day and she had unfortunately sold it all in a yard sale. She did say she had a large jar of the glass snippets left and asked me if I could possibly use them. Could I??? Well, YEAH!! Here it is.. in all its glory.. every color of the rainbow just pleading to be let out of the jumbo glass mayo jar.

this is very cool. I have a glass pitcher filled with 'found' objects. I keep planning on making some 3-d art with them but am presently enjoying it just like this.
