Doing the right thing always feels good.
I am a registered Marrow Donor. I have been for about 9 years. No matches yet, (not that I really want anyone to match me) I have heard that the process is quite painful for donors. Being a mother of two, I can't comprehend how scary it must be for a family in need of a Bone Marrow Transplant. I can imagine alot of things quite vividly, but I cannot even dare to come close to that. If you would like to register, please contact the National Marrow Donor Program at www.marrow.org. The chances of a match to you are one in a million, but hey, we gotta win something sometime right? To me there is no choice, if I match someone, I'll give. So should you.
