There has been more emergency room visits than I care to count, IV's, minor surgeries, stitches, high fevers, x-rays, MRI's, tests, broken hearts, etc....
It seems to never end, and at this point, still continues. Whenever I see cherries I think of The Witches of Eastwick with Jack Nicholson. I can't stand sweetened cherries but I love fresh ones. The fresh ones in the movie send quite a plague through the small town and that is how I feel right now with our lives.
The photos are from a bag of fresh cherries purchased the other day. They were fun to eat and a nice break from the typical apples and bananas.
We are going to the ocean in a few days on a family vacation. A desperately needed vacation.

It's so strange when events pile that way. I'm so glad that you and yours will have time at the ocean, which I always find to be calming and restorative. Does anyone not sleep well after breathing the aroma of saltwater for a day?
The cherries are wonderful...I'm hoping for a nice bag of fresh cherries soon myself. (John says he's never eaten them that way. WHAT? That's just crazy!)
Wishing you and yours a healing ocean visit. This too shall pass. There are better days ahead--even if you can't see them just yet.
Thanks for the beautiful cherries.
I am so sorry you have had such a hard few months. Prayers for you and I hope your vacation rejuvenates, heals and helps with the stress.
Oh, we have SO been there and I can empathize with you! I'm sorry you've had a rough time, but hopefully, that's all behind you now and I'm sure you will have a WONDERFUL vacation--I love your blog and check in whenever I can!!!! Take good care, Jann
We wish you the best vacation ever.
Hope you recharge your batteries!!!!
Have a bless day.
HI Abbie, sounds like an awful couple of months. Enjoy your break on the ocean and recharge all that energy you lost in the last months. Have an awesome time!!!! Lot's of smiles and hugs your way, Anke ;)
I'm off to Utah again next Monday and then we're off to the ocean the following Sunday. Good for the soul. I hope you find it good for yours. xoxo.Am
