Here is my submission to Mind Wide Open. Gail will be posting all the entries tomorrow! Don't forget to go and vote for your favorite!
I am very happy with the way this came out. VERY different from the original image given to us, but the basic form (which is just lovely! - thank you Gail!) is there. Almost as if she is floating in another universe or dimension.
It was fun! I think there are 30+ Photoshop layers in this.

I can't wait to see what everyone else did!

This is so beautiful! I am not even a big fan of halloween but I love the ethereal feel of this piece. You did a great job Abbie:>)
I love all of the different layers. Sadly, I am skipping this one. I love the image so much and will definitely create something with it. I ran out of time. I'm working on creating prompts for Soul Journaling. If I didn't have a day job, I could do so much more.
Thank you again for the amazing images that you make available on your Vintage Moth Web site. You are so generous and talented.
What a wonderful use of the image! I love all the details you added with the layering.
Gorgeous as always, Abbie! :o)
This fabulous! I don't know a thing about photo shop, but your work has such wonderful depth and the overall look is gorgeous!
hugs,
Pam

I love your piece, Abbie. It is so intriguing.
Abbie, Your image is truly amazing! Layered and rich and textural. The bat chappo is the piece de resistance! - Amy Bauer
